Delivery
All orders are subject to a 3GBP post and packaging charge, regardless of the size, and are posted second class with Royal Mail, should you require first class or registered post then please contact us on orders@bloomingbumps.co.uk prior to placing your order to allow for a quotation to be provided. We obtain proof of postage for all orders despatched. Any questions regarding postage will be answered so please ask!

Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal, this allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Your payment is processed through a secure site where customers details are used for that transaction only. Blooming Bumps do not have access to customers credit card details.
Please note that we are able to accept payment by credit card.
Payments are to be made in sterling only. If you are making a purchase from outside of the UK please ensure that you place your payment with PayPal in Sterling.

If you have chosen to pay by cheque or postal order you will receive an invoice by email. Please make cheques payable to Blooming Bumps and post to the following address;

Please ensure that you write your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of your cheque and that you include your full name and postal address with your payment.
If you do not have email please contact us direct on 01274 421393.
Your item(s) ordered will be reserved pending receipt of your payment which should be received within 5 working days, and will be despatched within 7 working days of clearance of your payment. If payment is not received within this timescale item(s) reserved will be placed back in to stock. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank/public holidays.
A receipt of payment will be despatched with all goods purchased.
Returns policy
We make every effort to describe all the items as accurately as possible, however due to the large volumes of items we deal with there may be very rare occasions that a defect may go un-noticed. If this does happen, please contact us and we will either exchange the item or offer you a full refund including any initial postal costs.

We hope that the occasion will never arise but in the event of a complaint please email us at complaints@bloomingbumps.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve this for you quickly and fairly.
Sizing/Description/Price
All sizes quoted are in accordance with the retailers label on each item. We try to ensure that all our item descriptions are as accurate and honest as possible however, interpretation of the goods may vary with each individual.
Every effort is made to keep all our products up to date at all times, however sometimes it may not be possible to update the site due to unforeseen circumstances, if you are unsure about an item then please give us a call and we will do our best to answer any queries you may have.
The main advice to note when purchasing maternity wear is to order your pre-pregnancy size.
Some retailers size their items in small, medium and large these have been listed under the appropriate category for their size.
Under the description of each item listed we have added the measurements to assist you when placing your order.
- Jeans, trousers and shorts have the inside leg measurement.
- Skirts are measured from the top of the waistband to the hem.
- Dresses are measured from the back of the neck to the hem.
- T-shirts are measured from the back of the neck to the waist.
- Longsleeve tops are measured from the back of the neck to the waist and all have the inside sleeve measurement.
- Vest tops are measured from the top of the shoulder to the waist.
- Dungarees are measured from the top of the bib to the bottom of the hem, the inside leg measurement is also included.
Disclaimer
All items will have been freshly laundered and ironed prior to them being despatched to you. If you have previously suffered an allergic reaction to any washing powders, liquids or fabric conditioners then we strongly recommend that you launder the items yourself prior to wearing them.
Events beyong our control
Blooming Bumps cannot be held responsible for the failure or delay in delivering orders to you if this is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond our control such as strikes, floods, fires or accidents.
Privacy policy
Any information that is collected about you will be used in confidence and is confidential. The information we request from you is to allow us to fulfil your order; you will not be contacted by email with any offers unless you agree to this by subscribing to our newsletter.

Cancelling an order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet despatched the items but have received a payment in full, we will cancel your order and arrange an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by emailing cancel@bloomingbumps.co.uk or calling us on 01274 421393.
When cancelling your order, if you have already received the items you will need to make the return within 30 days. Once we have received your order, we will credit you with the value of the returned items minus a ���£1.00 per item admin charge. Please be aware that any postage charges will not be refunded.
Orders from outside the UK
If you wish to make a purchase but live outside the UK please contact us by email first to allow a quotation to be provided for postage.
Selling
All items should be freshly laundered and ironed before being sent to us, a charge of ���£1.00 per item will be made for any items received that requires laundering or ironing; this charge will be deducted from the amount we pay you once your items have sold. Please ensure that your items do not smell of cigarette smoke.
Please be aware that we are only interested in MATERNITY clothes.
Once we have agreed a selling price with you the offer is valid for 28 days, if the items are not received within the 28 days then we reserve the right to amend the offer if required. Please ensure that your descriptions are as accurate as possible, Blooming Bumps reserve the right to refuse to market any items that were not as described on initial contact, these will be sent back to you with the postal charge to be incurred by you so please be honest. Any such postal charges will be deducted from monies owing to you.
Blooming Bumps will expect to receive and inspect all items of clothing prior to a final decision being made.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are securely sealed in suitable plastic packaging to avoid damage in transit. Blooming Bumps are not responsible for any items not received following postage so please ensure that you obtain the appropriate proof of postage so that you can make a claim should your parcel go astray.
All items will be listed on the website for 4 months, should they not sell within this time the initial agreed selling price will be reduced by 25% for a further 1 month. If the item has not been sold within the full 5 months the items will be either returned to you or donated to a charity if you request this. Until sold all items belong to you and can be returned at any time, should you wish to cancel the agreement early 1 months written notice of termination will be required. Any related postal costs will have to be paid by you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of any items to be returned to you. Each item is sold individually; you will receive payment 1 month after the item has sold as this will allow time for the 7 day cooling off period to expire, the buyer to make payment in full and to allow for any returns.
Clothes will be photographed and uploaded to the website as soon as the selling price has been agreed and we have received your signed copy of the terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we are in possession of your correct postal address to allow payment to be sent. Items are insured while in the care of Blooming Bumps.
A copy of the above terms and conditions will be sent for you to sign should you choose to advertise your unwanted maternity clothes on Blooming Bumps.
